Job Title: Campus Coordinator

Position Overview

The Campus Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of academic and administrative functions on campus. Reporting directly to the Campus Administrator, this position acts as a bridge between faculty, administration, and students, supporting teaching excellence and fostering student success. The Campus Coordinator manages various aspects of campus operations, including academic scheduling, clinical site coordination, student support services, and registrar functions.

This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for student engagement and institutional growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Operations Management
  • Facilitate day-to-day campus activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support faculty and administration in achieving teaching excellence and student success objectives.
  • Oversee academic schedules, clinical site coordination, and other academic affairs.
Student Support Services
  • Provide proactive support for student engagement, progress, and retention.
  • Monitor and track student attendance, grades, and overall academic performance.
  • Collaborate with faculty to implement early interventions for at-risk students.
  • Advise students on course scheduling, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide ongoing academic guidance.
  • Coordinate student counseling for drops, terminations, or repeats, while identifying opportunities for re-enrollment.
  • Facilitate the student clearing process in partnership with the financial aid team.
Institutional Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards.
  • Support enrollment management reporting and track within-term drops to achieve retention goals.
  • Follow up with students on attendance issues and document resolutions.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Act as a key leader in campus operations, supporting the Campus Administrator in strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and oversight of student services programs.
  • Engage with students, faculty, and staff to foster a collaborative and supportive campus environment.
  • Provide additional support for operational activities and special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

Management Experience
Showcase specific roles where you managed teams, projects, or processes for 4-7 years, particularly in education or business environments. Mention key achievements, such as improved efficiency or successful program implementations.

Customer Service and Teamwork
Highlight situations where you demonstrated exceptional customer service, resolved conflicts, or collaborated effectively in team settings. Use metrics, if possible, to show the impact (e.g., increased customer satisfaction scores or team productivity).

Approachability and Support
Provide examples of your approachable demeanor and dedication to helping others, such as mentoring students, supporting faculty, or leading professional development initiatives.

Communication and Presentation
Emphasize your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and deliver engaging presentations. Mention experience in public speaking, workshops, or facilitating discussions.
