Assistant brewers support the production of beer and other alcoholic beverages in a brewery. In this role, you may transport kegs in and out of the facility, study the production of alcoholic drinks, assist with packaging and labeling, and ensure the facility complies with all governmental and industry standards and regulations for producing alcoholic beverages.
