Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
