The Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, cleaning up spills, and disposing of trash.
  • Monitor bar inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Bar Manager. Assist with restocking and organizing supplies as needed.
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale system. Ensure proper change and receipts are given.
  • Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Work effectively with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with the set-up and execution of private events and special promotions as needed.
  • Stay informed about new beverage trends and techniques to continually improve bartending skills.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

  • Previous high volume bartending experience preferred.
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions.
