Major Areas of Responsibility: Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and guest services.Monitor job performance; food and labor costs, budgets, and sales; labor payroll sheets.Complete knowledge of all expectations of the Manager position.Effective coaching/counseling.Manages HR issues.SNAG compliance.Payroll processing
