Flo Bar serves as a vibrant cocktail and social gathering venue within the resort, offering craft beverages, upscale bar service, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere for guests and members.

The Flo Bar Supervisor is responsible for leading daily bar operations and ensuring exceptional beverage service and guest engagement.

Job Summary

 

The Flo Bar Supervisor – Full-Time oversees daily front-of-house bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverage service, team coordination, and an exceptional guest experience. This role supervises bartenders and bar support staff, maintains service standards, and ensures the bar operates efficiently during peak resort periods.

This position supports beverage programming, monitors inventory, and ensures the bar environment remains clean, organized, and aligned with Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards.

Job Specifications

 

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – Flo Bar
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Key responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Supervise daily operations of Flo Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient beverage service.
  • Lead bartenders and bar support staff during service shifts.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings outlining service expectations and daily priorities.
  • Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state regulations.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper setup throughout service.
  • Support beverage inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
  • Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, and accurate posting of guest charges.
  • Assist with development and execution of cocktail and beverage programs.
  • Address guest requests, feedback, and service recovery situations promptly.
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Support special events, resort activations, and high-volume service periods.
  • Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of bar or beverage service experience.
  • Prior supervisory or lead bartender experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage service standards.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Responsible alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain.
