This position plays a key role in the daily operations of our full-service, family-oriented restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional dining experience for every guest. This position supports the General Manager in overseeing front- and back-of-house operations, with a strong focus on customer service excellence. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and proactive in resolving guest concerns, setting the standard for hospitality and professionalism throughout the restaurant.


In addition to guest relations, the Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining operational standards. This role requires strong leadership and mentorship skills, as the Assistant Manager helps train, motivate, and support team members to perform at their best. While prior restaurant management experience is preferred, candidates with proven customer service experience and demonstrated leadership ability are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training and development will be provided.
