As a DC Assistant Manager (Area Manager) at Bob's Discount Furniture, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned warehouse area, ensuring efficiency, safety, and engagement. This role is key to maintaining production goals, supporting associates, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will partner with Operations and HR leadership to drive results, coach employees, and support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment
