The Role
As our Area General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for four Hilton-branded hotels in the Austin/Round Rock and Austin NW markets, including Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn properties.
You will guide on-property General Managers, ensure brand excellence, drive financial performance, and build a culture of accountability, engagement, and results across all locations.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee the overall operations, performance, and culture of all assigned hotels
  • Lead, coach, and support on-property General Managers and leadership teams
  • Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and brand compliance across all properties
  • Own multi-property financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, and profitability initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and Hilton brand requirements
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
  • Monitor labor management, productivity, and cost controls across all hotels
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership training
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, corporate partners, and hotel leadership
  • Provide hands-on support during ramp-ups, challenges, and high-impact periods
