Full Time Receptionist

Location: Valparaiso, IN
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm w/1hr lunch
Position Type: Temporary to Hire
Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: $17 depending on experience


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Property Manager and on-site team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property management environment and enjoys staying organized and supporting daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and take messages for the Property Manager
  • Coordinate and track maintenance requests
  • Perform data entry and maintain resident databases
  • Process invoices and assist with vendor payments
  • Provide general administrative support to the onsite team


Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience required (property management experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
