Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Analyzes equipment and component costs, and other maintenance metrics and prepares reports based on results. Provides administrative
support to the maintenance division.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collects, analyzes, and reports data related to equipment and component parts performance
* Conducts costs analyses to summarize the activities of the division
* Monitors maintenance division policies and procedures and recommends improvements, including cost saving opportunities, as needed
* Confers with multiple departments and vendors to dispute incorrect charges on invoices related to repairs
* Researches, compiles, and tracks reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
* Sources vendors, organizes and analyzes bids, and conducts vendor onboarding
* Tests new division processes and systems to improve efficiencies and productivity
* Ensures work order pools are correct and up to date
* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships
* Travels to shop and vendor locations as needed
* Receives and carries out instructions
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance
* Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Possesses strong data, analytical, and strategic planning skills
* Solves problems and makes decisions independently and proactively
* Manages multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
PREFERRED SKILLS
