OMG23 is looking for an Assistant Analyst, Biddable to support the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns. This role is hands-on and detail-driven. You'll help traffic campaigns, optimize performance, build reports, and keep everything running smoothly across paid social, paid search and programmatic.
What You'll Do:
Paid Social
Set up and manage ads and targeting across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat
Pull and analyze audience and performance reports
Support weekly and ad hoc reporting
Compile campaign screenshots and QA reporting data
Manage insertion orders and accounting details
Paid Search
Support paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and YouTube
Work in platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads Editor, and Search Ads 360
Monitor performance daily and assist with optimizations
Pull data, build reports, and support billing and insertion orders
Compile competitive insights and analysis
Programmatic
Build pacing documents to track spend and flighting
Complete trafficking workbooks
Partner with internal teams and vendors to understand our technology stack, including DSPs, DMP's, data partners, and Inventory suppliers
Run basic reporting and interpret results based on campaign KPI's
Work with Operations and Analytics teams to ensure correct tagging, naming conventions and trafficking processes
You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Interest or experience in online marketing; programmatic, paid search or paid social is a plus
Basic understanding of Programmatic, SEM, SEO, display, and paid social
Proficient in Excel and Word; PowerPoint is a plus
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
