Job Summary:
Saatchi US is a collaborative agency focused on creating transformational work. As a Business Operations Assistant Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing resource data to inform strategic decisions and ensure accurate reporting across the agency.
Responsibilities:
• Weekly data management across all clients and resources
• Consolidating and integrating reports across multiple sources
• Providing accurate daily and weekly reporting to stakeholders of all levels
• Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables
• Providing insights into trends and seasonality
• Applying analytical curiosity and AI tools across all tasks
• Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and drive process improvements and efficiencies
• Partnering with resource and operations managers to understand variances in projects and staffing
• Managing deadlines and communicating issues, concerns, and questions in a timely manner
• Working extended hours, including weekends, as required
• Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
