Our mission is to provide businesses with the tools to automate their physical operations and run them virtually on autopilot.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory management, equipment processing, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on,

adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain daily shipping manifests and coordinate carrier pickups.
  • Manage and prepare Amazon FBA shipments.
  • Direct daily pick/pack workflow and assist with special projects.
  • Track and maintain inventory using Acumatica and other warehouse systems.
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, staging, counting, and organizing inventory.
  • Test electronic equipment, perform basic repairs, and electronically wipe storage devices.
  • Assist with pallet movement, shrink-wrapping, repackaging, and other warehouse projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

Background and Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience with electronic equipment testing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly.
  • Basic computer skills; experience troubleshooting hardware is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Items over 50 lbs. will be moved with assistance or appropriate equipment.


Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and sitting for extended periods. Employees may use pallet jacks, scales, shrink-wrapping equipment, and basic hand tools. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
