Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to perform needle-free allergy testing, assist with patient intake, and support basic clinical tasks within a physician’s office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction and is motivated by accuracy and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer allergy screening questionnaires and conduct allergy skin testing (Needle & pain-free method).
• Document patient information and test results in the EMR accurately and promptly.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies for testing and immunotherapy.
• Coordinate with the physician and Phoenix team regarding daily schedules and patient eligibility.
• Provide basic clinical support to the practice as needed.

Qualifications:
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) is a must.
• Previous clinical or allergy testing experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a busy practice environment.

Note: Part-time role with transition to full-time employment.
