Location: Tucson, AZ
Compensation: $15.15 - $16.00 per hour
Job Summary: The Ticketing Agent is responsible for setting the first impression of the experience of Old Tucson, so efficiency and friendliness are required. The position will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, processing ticket transactions, redemption of tickets, and directing patrons as needed. The Ticketing Agent will manage responsibilities with a balance of patience and a sense of urgency, work well under pressure, have strong multi-tasking skills, and most importantly have a pleasant demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist the team with any ticketing and service needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
  • Confirm reservations, ensuring passengers have arrived at the appropriate date and time.
  • Make any necessary updates to customers' information, entering info into the system and ensure that proper information has been punched in prior to delivering tickets.
  • Efficiently learn and utilize our ticketing system (Etix) for ticketing transactions, admission verification, and issues as they arise.
  • Handle cash and credit payments through Etix.
  • Assist in general care of ticketing area including keeping a clean and orderly space.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advises other management with related concerns.
  • Able to listen and follow directions within a fast-paced team setting.
  • Ability to work well under high pressure situations.

Education, Skill & Work Experience Requirements:
  • Ability to learn the Etix Ticketing platform with efficiency and competency.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Possess a well-spoken manner in personal communications.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Self-motivation and attention to details.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
Work Environment:
  • Majority of time spent in a ticketing office setting.
  • Extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand and walk on uneven or unsteady surfaces.
