Position: Human Resources Administrator
Location: San Antonio, FL
Pay: Starting at $24.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on experience

JOB SUMMARY
• The Human Resources Administrator (Bilingual: English/Spanish) supports day-to-dayHR operations for a fast-paced landscape company with a diverse, primarilyfield-based workforce. This role serves as a key point of contact for employeesand supervisors, providing administrative support across recruitment,onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration,and compliance. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish tocommunicate effectively with all employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EmployeeAdministration & Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and supervisors
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and company updates in English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files (physical and electronic)
  • Track employee data, including new hires, status changes, and terminations
Recruitment& Onboarding
  • Assist with recruiting hourly and salaried positions, including field crew roles
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and pre-employment screenings
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions (bilingual)
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and employment documentation
BenefitsAdministration
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and questions
  • Educate employees on available benefits during onboarding and open enrollment
  • Liaise with benefit vendors and carriers as needed
Compliance& Recordkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Assist with I-9 verification, E-Verify, and employment eligibility compliance
  • Support workers' compensation claims and safety documentation
  • Maintain OSHA, training, and certification records
EmployeeRelations & Engagement
  • Assist with employee communication, engagement initiatives, and company events

  • Support HR Manager with audits, reports, and special projects

QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices, payroll processes, and employment laws
