We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a legal team in Dallas, Texas on a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly contribute in a high-volume environment, balancing contract review with document-focused legal support. The position will support time-sensitive work, protect confidential information, and help keep legal operations moving efficiently during a busy period.
Responsibilities:
• Review and administer a large volume of incoming agreements, focusing on routine and lower-complexity contracts before attorney escalation is needed.
• Examine documents for sensitive or protected information and complete accurate redactions involving personal and employee-related data.
• Organize legal files and supporting materials to improve access, tracking, and response readiness across active matters.
• Assist with preparing documentation and related materials needed for legal responses and compliance-driven requests.
• Partner closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders to keep work progressing within strict turnaround expectations.
• Provide administrative support tied to contract processing and document handling during an active office transition period.
• Maintain careful oversight of contract details, formatting, and records to reduce errors and support consistent legal review workflows.• Prior experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or contract administration role within a law firm or in-house legal setting.
