Job description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our friendly Payroll team at Andy Frain Services. This role would ideally suit someone with some experience in payroll, however if you have administrative background and a good understanding of numbers, don't hesitate to apply. We will train. The Admin Assistant will support the Payroll Department in preparing for the timely processing of employee weekly payroll while maintaining employee records. This includes garnishments, vacations, stop payments, verifications of employment, unemployment claims etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a payroll team. This role is fullyin-person located at our Corporate office in Aurora.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing weekly payroll for 5000+ employees, including data entry, timekeeping, adjustments
  • Processing vacation requests and payroll deduction set up.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including changes in salary, tax withholding, and personal information.
