We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in a timely manner. Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation

  • Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts

  • Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies

  • Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries

  • Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation

  • Assist with month-end closing activities

  • Support other accounting and administrative functions as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
