Warehouse Assistant -Accountant (EPD II)

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, goods receipt and dispatch, and system transactions using SAP. This role ensures accurate and efficient stock handling, data entry, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform SAP transactions for goods movement (e.g., MIGO, MB1C, stock transfers).
  • All account flows related to work order activities.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation in SAP.
  • Generate SAP-based inventory and movement reports as required.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly physical inventory checks.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a warehouse assistant accountant-related role.
  • Good numerical skills and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
