Our Company Commentary
It is particularly important that we all adhere as we will are responsible for the essence of our office. We spend quite a bit of time at the workplace, and we recognize that one's demeanor has an impact on all. We will hold this high priority with any teammate at EoB and ask that all recognize the importance of attitude.
Our “world” here at EoB can be complex, confusing, sometimes boring, and always costly. Our products-cost-to-value sometimes place us on a client’s bad side of their balance sheet. EoB will continue to swim upstream and bombard the client with topflight service and communication. Our team values the ability to satisfy and please the client. We are also aware that we are smaller; and that a pebble tossed in our pond makes significant waves compared to the larger firms.

If you wish to become part of this small but powerful team you must be able to demonstrate the ability to endure and thrive in this fast-paced state that smaller/boutique firms sometimes encounter. Our worksite is built to be comfortable, and our team is small, so we as a firm are personable from within. We ask that if you just want to earn a paycheck and go home; please do not apply. We are looking for a teammate who not only wants a great place to lock elbows with work-life balance; we want someone who genuinely cares about our clients’ outcomes. Without our clients, there would be no workplace.
We believe that this is a difference we can make thus setting us apart from the others.
