Principales responsabilites :
- Passer en revue les plateformes des talents et compiler chaque semaine une liste de contenus de marque a proposer en pitch
- Analyser la performance hebdomadaire des talents (contenus les plus performants, ceux a ameliorer, taux d'engagement, etc.) et formuler des recommandations
- Appuyer les efforts de prospection : redaction de communications, recherche d'idees de marques a approcher
- Participer au reperage de nouveaux talents
- Creer et mettre a jour differents rapports
- Offrir un soutien logistique pour les relations publiques, le gifting et les evenements
- Preparer les bilans hebdomadaires pour chaque talent
- Soutenir la recherche de marques pour des collaborations (trouver les bons contacts, rediger les courriels de pitch, ajouter les liens vers le contenu des createurs)
 
Profil recherche :
- Diplome(e) recent(e) ou jeune professionnel(le) avec un baccalaureat en relations publiques, marketing, affaires ou communication.
- Organise(e), autonome et capable de bien gerer son temps tout en maintenant une solide ethique de travail.
- La maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle; le bilinguisme francais/anglais est un plus important
- Passionne(e) par le marketing d'influence et l'economie des createurs - un interet pour le fitness ou la beaute est un atout
- Interet marque pour les reseaux sociaux et leurs strategies de marketing et une connaissance avec l'audience quebecoise
- Connaissance ou curiosite pour les relations publiques, les collaborations et les commandites
- Desireux(se) de demarrer une carriere dans la gestion de talents et le marketing d'influence
 
Parametres et avantages :
Duree : 16 semaines
Horaire : Temps plein (30 a 40 heures par semaine)
Remuneration : Bien que nos stages soient non remuneres, une allocation de 500 $ est offerte a la fin du programme de 16 semaines.
Possibilite d'embauche a temps plein : Cette decision dependra de la reussite du stage, d'un accord mutuel entre les parties et des besoins de recrutement au moment opportun.
