About the Role:

The Account Manager, B2B Sales is responsible for driving new business through the sale of Edmonton Oilers Season Seats, with additional responsibilities tied to premium rentals for concerts and Oil Kings events as required. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with local businesses to deliver high-impact, live entertainment experiences that drive long-term value and excitement

Your Focus in this Role:

  • Primarily responsible for B2B Oilers Season Seat sales
  • Assist with premium rental sales for concerts and Edmonton Oil Kings B2B packages as needed
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B accounts with local businesses
  • Build and manage a self-sourced lead list and maintain relationships with clients
  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, SMS, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Attend events to host clients and generate leads
  • Upsell current clients into additional assets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments to deliver exceptional service
