Requirements:
  • NJDOE Student Assistance Coordinator certificate
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Social and Emotional Learning
  • Knowledge and experience in grief and substance abuse counseling for students
  • Familiarity with HIB policies and procedures in NJ
  • Middle/High School experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus

Effective: 2026-2027 School Year
Salary:
  • As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level
  • Minimum $67,968 - maximum $99,181

Benefits:
In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package:
including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.
