Job description

Korean Bilingual Coordinator  
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Korean Bilingual Coordinator for a company based in Dalton, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, respect, and operational excellence drive our success.
 
Pay Rate 
$22.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
8am-8pm or 8pm-8am swing shift, must be able to work every other weekend
 
Korean Bilingual Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinated communication between Korean and English-speaking employees, supervisors, and management to support daily departmental operations and ensure effective information flow. 
  • Maintained and analyzed departmental data using Microsoft Excel, including attendance records, production reports, staffing metrics, and performance tracking spreadsheets. 
  • Prepared reports, presentations, and documentation for management by compiling and organizing data from multiple sources with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Assisted with project coordination, scheduling, onboarding activities, and cross-department communication to meet operational goals and deadlines. 
  • Translated business communications, policies, training materials, and operational documents between Korean and English while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
 
Korean Bilingual Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively communicate, translate, and interpret in a professional business environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheet management, reporting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis. 
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, supervisors, managers, and external partners. 
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience in administration, operations, manufacturing, or coordination roles may be considered. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
 
Job Type 
Full-time, long-term temporary with full benefits after 1 year of service.
