Job description

Positions Summary: Intermediate-level role. Works to assist the current Tech Ops Asset Management
Analyst. Uses the current inventory and management system. Updates and administers asset
databases, tracking the life cycle of all assets. Receives and manages inventory, ensuring the security
of assets while in inventory. Maintains and manages supplier records, including warranties. Receives
new equipment and monitors procurement and deployment activities. Monitors and reconciles
changes in inventory and performs spot checks to ensure process and system quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor, track, and surplus IT inventory for the Information Technology Cost Center
• Maintain and distribute on-hand IT hardware supplies
• Conduct scheduled audits of hardware across the Southern region
• Participate in cross-functional projects of varying scope and duration
• Attend OIT Staff Meetings and Operations Team Meetings
• Enforce departmental procedures and policies
• Analyze data and generate reports to support operational decisions
• Manage ServiceNow ticketing system for Operations
• Relocate equipment as needed (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
