• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud) implementations.
• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure Oracle Asset Management modules and processes.
• Support testing, data migration, training, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Asset Lifecycle Management
• Configure and manage:
o Asset Registration
o Asset Hierarchies
o Asset Relationships
o Asset Classification
o Critical Asset Tracking
• Define asset lifecycle processes from acquisition through retirement.
• Support commissioning and handover activities for EPC projects.
Maintenance Management
• Configure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Support:
o Maintenance Work Orders
o Maintenance Schedules
o Inspection Programs
o Asset Health Monitoring
o Maintenance Compliance
• Improve asset reliability and operational performance.
EPC Project Asset Handover
• Support transition of assets from project construction to operations.

Reliability & Performance Management
• Analyze asset performance and maintenance trends.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Support KPI monitoring including:
o Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
o Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
o Asset Availability
o Maintenance Backlog
o Equipment Utilization
• Develop dashboards and operational reports.
Reporting & Analytics
• Develop:
o OTBI Reports
o BI Publisher Reports
o Maintenance Dashboards
o Asset Performance Analytics
• Provide actionable insights to operations and leadership teams.
Testing & Support
• Create functional specifications and test scripts.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
• Train maintenance planners, engineers, and end users.
Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 a year
