Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for managing and maintaining equipment data, preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and asset hierarchies within a CMMS system. This role supports maintenance, engineering, and compliance teams by ensuring accurate equipment records, documentation control, and maintenance standards. The position helps improve equipment reliability by optimizing PM schedules and supporting continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, and spare parts data in CMMS
  • Create and manage equipment hierarchy, identification, and asset data
  • Ensure accuracy of maintenance documentation, drawings, and updates (redlines and revisions)
  • Support maintenance, engineering, and compliance teams with technical and system-related needs
  • Identify inefficiencies and assist in improving maintenance processes and workflows
  • Manage maintenance change documentation, approvals, and tracking
  • Support CMMS reporting, audits, and data integrity
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting in a regulated environment

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience using CMMS in a maintenance or industrial environment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, CMMS platforms)
  • Ability to read and manage technical maintenance documentation and asset data
  • Experience with preventive maintenance systems, reporting tools, and data accuracy
