What You’ll Do
  • Protect the Store: You’ll be the eyes and ears of the store, using advanced CCTV and floor surveillance to spot theft or fraud, while working closely with local law enforcement to stay ahead of retail crime.
  • Be the First Responder: Whether it’s a medical emergency, a vehicle lock-out in the lot, or navigating inclement weather, you are the calm in the storm who jumps in to help when things get unpredictable.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: You’ll act as a high-visibility deterrent to crime by greeting guests, assisting with wheelchairs or firearms tagging, and ensuring the parking lot and sales floor are safe and orderly.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: From auditing safety practices and handling cash transfers to maintaining detailed investigation records, you’ll ensure the store stays compliant and the "back-of-house" stays secure.

  • Best Discount in Retail: Enjoy our famous associate discount on the brands you love.
  • Community Impact: Get paid to volunteer up to 2 hours per month!
