Role Definition

Provide operational support to sales staff and business partners for the sale of used equipment.

Responsibilities

Collect and validate information needed to inventory and sell assets.

Update asset and system records throughout remarketing process.

Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met, including process controls and regulatory filings.

Coordinate asset transportation, auction consignment, and used equipment listings.

Administer asset payables, sales holds, invoices, and cash applications

Manage front-end returns process, including intake, validation, and system entry of returned assets to support accurate remarketing and inventory control.
