Sunny Days, a Magellan Healthcare credentialed provider of Autism Services, is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide IBHS-ABA Services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery Counties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans; data collection; assessments and caregiver education.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Possess a High School diploma
  • Have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list OR have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing ABA services and at least 40 hours of ABA training
  • Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a Behavior Intervention Plan to parents and/or school personnel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Positive disposition; strong sense of responsibility
