Position Summary:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) RBT Supervisor in a school setting,you will provide supervision to RBTs in order to assist the RBTs to improve and maintain their behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical repertoires, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The supervision will also include supporting the initial certification of RBT applicants through the completion of their task assessments.
Responsibilities include:
  • Developing RBT performance expectations
  • Observing, providing behavioral skills training, and delivering performance feedback
  • Modeling technical, professional, and ethical decision-making repertoires
  • Guiding the development of problem-solving and ethical decision-making repertoires
  • Reviewing written materials
  • Overseeing and evaluating the effectiveness of RBT service delivery
  • Completing RBT Certification Task assessments
  • Providing RBT Requirements Coordinator supports
Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification or BCaBA certification
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Experience in an educational setting (Preferred)
