Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble multiple types of conveyor equipment by following DWF and assembly procedures.
  • Ability to read drawings/CAD files and follow work instructions.
  • Strength in multi-tasking to build many different types of assemblies as needed.
  • Strong computer, organization, and communication skills.
  • Responsible for final assembly and testing on various equipment sub-assemblies.
  • Knowledgeable with hand/power tools, assembly processes.
  • Apply established standards, processes, and procedures to ensure workplace safety and quality.
  • Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
  • Capable of reading pneumatic schematics and running airlines.
  • Follow the attendance policy of the Department.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and perform housekeeping duties as required.
  • Able to work overtime, flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.
Position Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical procedures and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledgeable with use of hand/power tools.
  • Must have basic math and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-managed team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit to dynamic schedules and be punctual to work.
  • Able to safely work for extended periods of time, mostly standing, beyond an 8-hour workday.
  • Ability to lift materials in excess of up to 48 pounds.
  • Must be willing to travel at a minimum 10% of the year.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Familiarity with Intralox or other conveyor equipment.
  • Skills in multiple mechanical disciplines.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.
Salary Range: $15.00 to $41.15/HR
