Job description

EXO Talent Partners is seeking a precision Electronics & RF Assembler to support advanced RF system builds in a defense-focused environment.Responsibilities

• Perform precision electronic assembly using hand tools
• Surface-mount soldering and micro-assembly under microscope
• Build from schematics, drawings, and assembly prints
• Assemble RF modules, cables, chassis, and subassemblies
• Maintain ESD compliance
• Conduct basic testing with multimeter and other tools
• Maintain quality standards and documentation

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• 2–3 years electronics assembly experience
• Strong soldering skills (SMT preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in production environment

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 (adjusted to realistic band)
