Job description

Exo Talent Partners is partnering with a high-reliability RF and electronics manufacturer seeking an RF / Electronics Technician to support assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of RF and electronic systems.

This role supports programs where performance, consistency, and documentation are critical.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test RF and electronic components and subassemblies

  • Perform functional testing using standard test equipment

  • Troubleshoot basic electrical or RF issues under engineering guidance

  • Document test results and manufacturing data

  • Support production, quality, and engineering teams as needed

  • Follow ESD, safety, and quality requirements

Qualifications
  • Background in electronics, RF, or test technician roles

  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment preferred

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and schematics

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to regulatory requirements
