Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Assembly Associate to join our team in Reisterstown, MD. In this role, you will play an important part in the paint preparation process by carefully masking and unmasking parts, assisting with surface prep, and ensuring proper staging of materials in the paint area. This position also supports general assembly functions as needed and helps maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.  
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate basic tools such as drills
  • Prepare parts for painting by applying masking materials (tape, plugs, paper, etc.) to protect areas from paint.
  • Assist with sanding, cleaning, and prepping surfaces as needed.
  • Remove masking materials after painting and inspecting parts for quality.
  • Help with light assembly tasks as needed.
  • Assist with unloading incoming shipments and verifying delivery contents.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments including packaging and labeling.
  • Package products securely for transit or storage.
  • Participate in regular cleanup and workplace organization efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.  
Qualifications & Skills
  • Highschool diploma or GED  
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is helpful but not required    
  • Willingness to support both painting and light assembly tasks
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision  
  • Ability to accurately mask and unmask components to prepare them for finishing  
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements 
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

  • 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • $20.00 per hour
