Familiarity with assembly tools, conveyor systems, and basic safety certifications such as OSHA are often required. Strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions carefully distinguish top performers in this role. These skills ensure efficient production, product quality, and a safe work environment in manufacturing settings.
