We are on the lookout for an experienced Cell/Cathode Assembly Engineer who is passionate about revolutionizing the energy storage industry in Tallahassee, FL.
Key Qualifications:
3+ INDUSTRY years of hands-on Li-ion pouch cell assembly experience with capacities larger than 5Ah
Hands on experience in roll-to-roll cathode slurry casting
Experienced with high density calendaring
Be the type of person who prioritizes work over vacations
Manage stress effectively
Highly efficient at prioritizing tasks
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop cathode tape & pouch cell assembly processes
Migrate manual to automated assembly lines
Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies for cell assembly
