Pay: $18-$20/hr Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift hours available

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assembly Lab Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a proven track record in assembly or a related manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Include:

  • Replenish stock.
  • Load raw materials onto machinery, take finished product off of machinery.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products using measuring instruments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate with supervisors about any complex problems.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and verniers to measure and inspect products.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is required.
  • Must be able to commit to perfect attendance for the first 90 days.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Must have previous experience troubleshooting machinery.
