Job description

The Assembly Associate is responsible for accurately assembling kitchen and bathroom cabinet components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to use hand and power tools safely, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and related components according to production requirements.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and product specifications.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Report product defects, damaged materials, or safety concerns to management.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
