Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester Senior

You will assemble and test mechanical and electro-mechanical products to ensure quality and on-time delivery for the organization. You will work on the 2nd shift (1:30PM–10:00PM) onsite in Irvine, CA, collaborating with production, quality, and engineering stakeholders to support manufacturing of flight-control related assemblies. Your work directly impacts product reliability and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform moderately complex assembly and test tasks using hand and power tools, test equipment, and assembly fixtures
  • Record and interpret test results; operate measurement devices such as oscilloscopes, transducers, and flow measurement tools
  • Identify malfunctions from test data and perform rework as instructed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specifications
  • Produce and inspect assemblies to meet product and customer specifications; perform soldering and surface finishing as required
  • Participate in lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Assist in training less experienced team members and maintain a FOD-free work area
  • Ensure equipment calibration per schedule
