Job Summary

HALL Contracting of Kentucky, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Asphalt Distributor Operator.   Pay is based on experience; Pay Range is $27-$34/hr

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Spray bituminous liquid asphalt on project sites in accordance with project specifications.
  • Regulate temperatures and bituminous liquid asphalt flow rates.
  • Fill asphalt and burner fuel tanks.
  • Monitor machinery, perform daily maintenance checks, and minor repairs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified applicants must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License with Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, as well as a pre-employment drug screen.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Knowledge of roadway construction material and construction grades
  • Must have reliable transportation.
