Your Next Opportunity: Dozer Operator

As a Dozer Operator in our Mining Division, you'll play a key role in daily operations by moving materials, maintaining stockpiles, and supporting safe, productive mining activities. Your experience and attention to detail will help keep the site running smoothly while contributing to projects that build our communities.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate dozers, loaders, haul trucks, excavators, and other heavy equipment 
  • Shape and maintain stockpiles to support efficient site operations 
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance 
  • Monitor site conditions and respond quickly to operational needs 
  • Work closely with supervisors and teammates to maintain a safe, productive environment 
  • Support general site operations and assist where needed 
What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience operating dozers or similar heavy equipment
    (mining, quarry, or construction experience preferred) 
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures 
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
