About Us:
A fast growing and established specialty Asian food market located in Framingham MA.
What are we looking for:
A boutique Asian grocery store is looking for neat, detailed-oriented, energetic, experienced and motivated customer service person who can work as full-time store assistant. Strong organizational skill and attention to details are a must.
The position will work between 30~40 hours a week and will increase up to 50% more hours during peak season between Nov and March. In addition to excellent compensation, we also provide opportunity for on-site training in Asian food knowledge and career advancement training. As the specialty store is going online, the individual has great chances to develop and learn during next few years. Job descriptions includes, but not limited to:
1) Assisting customers to check out (Cashier)
2) Interacting with customers and increasing sales (Customer Service)
3) Restocking shelves and organize storage area
4) Sort and pack online orders
5) Wrap, bag and weight vegetables and fruit
6) Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
7) Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1) At least 18 years old with retail or customer service experiences
2) Able to provide exceptional customer service and good overall people skills
3) Decent English speaking skills, along with good command on one of the Asian Languages is an advantage
4) Honest, reliable, responsible
5) Neat, highly detailed-oriented, energetic, self-motivated
Required experience:
  • Cashier: 1 year
  • Retail Sales: 2 years
  • Customer Service: 2 years
