Job description

Director of Development & Fundraising job at Asia Wild. Remote. Are you an experienced fundraiser who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and making a lasting impact?

Do you want to use your skills to fuel a mission that truly matters? If so, we're looking for you. As our Director of Development & Fundraising, you'll be the architect of our fundraising strategy; shaping campaigns, cultivating donors, and opening doors to new partnerships.

You'll work closely with our Executive Director, Board of Directors and Grant Writer, to ensure we meet ambitious revenue goals and expand our reach. This is more than just a job.... it's an opportunity to take ownership of a development program and bring fresh ideas to life, all while championing a cause that protects animals' lives.

What You'll Do Design and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow annual revenue. Build and steward strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners. Oversee grant research, writing, and reporting to maximize funding opportunities.

Drive major gift cultivation and develop a thriving pipeline of new donors. Lead creative fundraising campaigns and signature events that inspire action. Collaborate with communications to craft compelling donor stories and impact reports.

Engage the Board and leadership team in fundraising efforts. What We're Looking For 5+ years of proven fundraising experience (major gifts, grants, campaigns). A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.

Strong grant writing, relationship-building, and donor stewardship skills. Excellent communicator who can inspire donors and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
