About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for processing customer-financed contracts, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer concerns with care and professionalism. Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service (retail or call center preferred)
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work with urgency
  • Confident problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
  • A high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities:
