In-Store Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:
The In-Store Warehouse Associate supports daily retail store operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready warehouse and showroom. This role is responsible for truck unloading, inventory organization, furniture assembly, floor set execution, and accurate customer pickup preparation while ensuring safe product handling and operational efficiency.
Job Duties:
• Maintain facility cleanliness, including restrooms, entryways, exterior areas, and warehouse spaces
• Remove and manage interior and exterior trash; break down and organize cardboard and waste
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, inventory-ready, and compliant with safety standards
• Unload Ashley and DC trucks safely and efficiently; inspect and properly stage incoming merchandise
• Assemble furniture accurately for showroom displays following manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure all floor displays are stable, clean, functional, and customer-ready
• Partner with the Visual Merchandiser to execute floor sets and proper product placement
• Prepare and stage customer pickup orders accurately and securely
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members regarding deliveries and issues
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and ownership while adhering to company standards
Required Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, retail, or relative experience, preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; Able to lift and maneuver furniture up to 150+ lbs. with assistance.
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor/Warehouse
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
