Position Overview
As an Aseptic Robot Operator, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic and conveyor systems on aseptic packaging lines. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality, equipment efficiency, and compliance with safety and GMP standards while supporting overall line performance.
What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor robots, infeed/outfeed roller beds, and pallet dispensing systems to meet production standards
  • Ensure robots are stocked with pallets, slip sheets, and required packaging materials
  • Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor maintenance on robotic and conveyor equipment
  • Execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation for machine parameters, quality checks, and production data
  • Conduct quality inspections (labels, codes, packaging) and take corrective action as needed
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and 5S standards
  • Support the production line team with issues such as jams, material handling, and general line support
  • Use RedZone systems for performance tracking, communication, and changeover improvements
  • Train team members and assist in creating training materials as needed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members to resolve issues
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and adhere to company policies
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Direct and support temporary labor in assigned areas
