Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Commission

Transportation and logistics experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right person who brings strong prospecting skills, a competitive mindset, and a desire to grow.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new carrier relationships through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and follow-up

• Find Carriers to haul flatbed, heavy haul, project freight, dry van, and intermodal services

• Manage freight out of your area

• Partner with Sales team to ensure successful execution of customer shipments

• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account records

What We're Looking For

• Transportation, freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, or supply chain experience preferred but not required

• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and generating new carriers

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a book of carriers
