The Chattanoogan Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton property and part of Ascent Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Team.

  • Previous experience in maintenance, hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
