Kaleen Rugs, Inc. is looking for Full-time experienced customer service representative/claims analyst to offer trained and expert knowledge to its customers base by processing orders, answering a variety of product specific questions and tracking orders through various stages of manufacturing. This role will also be responsible to process claims through the return process with an emphasis on customer correspondence and communications. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. A familiarity with both SAP and AS400 operating systems is preferred. Must have excellent communication/comprehension skills both verbal and written. Detailed responsibilities and qualifications include but not limited to: 
Processing incoming calls and communicating with customers and sales team in a professional and timely manner. 
Communicating with customers, sales staff and internal staff regarding order-specific details and finishing techniques by both phone and e-mail. 
Organize, multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple order-specific details across a variety of manufacturing locations. 
Coordinate and expedite orders with production and shipping offices both domestic and international. 
Communicate and set shipping timeline based on production schedules. 
Perform a variety of additional administrative functions as needed. 
 
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 
  • High school or equivalent
  • Customer Service: 2 year 
  • Claims experience: 1 year
