Forklift & Tugger Operators

Location: Ellabell, GA


Pay Rates
  • Forklift Operator: $18.00/hour
  • Tugger Operator: $17.00/hour


Shift Schedule

This position will transition through the following shift schedule:

  • Starting July 13: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Starting August 31: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Shift Differential Pay begins)
  • Starting October 5: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work all scheduled shift changes.


Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Forklift and Tugger Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will safely move materials, prepare sequence orders, and help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workplace.


Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming orders and accurately select the correct parts from the warehouse.
  • Load materials into dollies for sequence order staging.
  • Prepare and maintain records of materials received and shipped, including transaction dates and inventory locations.
  • Communicate with Supervisors and Leadership to resolve operational issues.
  • Collect and properly dispose of scrap materials, cardboard, and strapping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience operating a forklift or tugger preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Hands-on, dependable work ethic.


Requirements
  • Steel-toe shoes are required.


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 20–25 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, lift, and stand throughout the entire shift.
  • Must be able to safely wear required PPE, including gloves when handling box cutters or similar tools.
